Minute-made fruit yogurt: success guaranteed

This dessert is fresh and sweet and gives a nice extra shot of vitamins, omega3, and fibers – just before bedtime. And it only takes four ingredients and a blender.


Add plant-based yogurt of your choice, seasonal fruit and one teaspoon of flaxseeds, and one teaspoon of chia seeds to the blender or food processor and blend for only a minute. We like to use wild peach in summer. But also strawberries and frozen berries are favorites here. The smooth texture makes this dessert suitable for all ages.
