Makes: 6 – Prep: 10 min – Cook: 20 min
Ingredients:
6 pastry sheets
200 gr seitan natural
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp sambal
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
pinch of black peper.
Do:
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Cut the pastry sheets into 10x10cm squares.
Put the pastries on a baking tray.
Blend the seitan and all spices until the seitan is crumbled.
Spoon the mixture evenly onto one half of the sheets.
Fold the sheets and use a fork to paste the pastry together. Brush with soy milk.
Bake around 20 minutes until golden.
